Technical Project Manager (B2B) - remote/office

Your Role: As an experienced Technical Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our B2B products and technical integrations. You will be at the forefront of:

● Driving the development and enhancement of the B2B management platform in collaboration with the Product Manager and Development Team

● Leading the technical pre-sale and RFP processing for significant custom projects

● Delivering tailored project solutions from conception to completion

 

Key Responsibilities:

● Collaboratively work on B2B product enhancement, defining business goals, project scope, necessary developments, cost, resources, and timeline

● Own sprint backlog, empower tech team to address mid- and long term roadmap

challenges

● Manage project documentation and track progress, conducting regular reviews with

internal and client stakeholders

● Serve as a bridge between departmental end-users, IT stakeholders, and technical

specialists

● Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance business relations with clients

● Mentor and coach team members, resolving critical issues and escalating them when

necessary

● Participate in QA and pre-UAT to ensure exceptional quality

● Support core team with integrations and additional functionalities

● Be willing to travel across UAE/Saudi Arabia to support implementation activities

What We Require:

● Minimum 3 years of project management experience in online business

● Proficiency in Project Management frameworks (Waterfall, SCRUM, Agile)

● Strong technical aptitude: web and mobile technology, development cycles, API

understanding, developer communication skills, analytical thinking

● Fluency in English and Russian, with advanced communication and negotiation skills

● Exceptional organizational and stakeholder management skills

● Preference for candidates with hands-on experience in managing multiple projects

and teams concurrently
