Ari Naryana (known as Arey Barker) has been a household name in the world of Indonesian bartending since 2014 when he overcame his peers to win the Indonesian leg of the DIAGEO World Class Cocktail Competition.
Having honed his skills in various bars around the island and picking up tips from top international cocktail venues in Holland, Japan and Singapore, Arey is now overseeing the cocktail programme at Seminyak’s much hyped eatery and bar Bikini.
A passionate drinks mixer and expert flair bartender, Arey is inspired by the likes of top global mixologists Joseph Borosky, Luca Cinalli, Marian Beke, Simone Caporale and Scott Beattie.
